Meet Simon Crannage, the Executive Chef behind Swinton Park’s 3 AA rosette restaurant, Samuel’s; Recently awarded three gold stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association 2016 and winner of the prestigious Hotel of the Year 2016 Yorkshire Life Food & Drink Awards, Simon’s talent and passion for food speaks for itself.
“We have been working hard on some new exciting menus, including new wedding menus and a BBQ menu for the summer. I’m looking forward to the garden coming back to life!”. The seasonal restaurant menus, created by Simon and Head Chef, Chris McPhee, emphasise seasonal and local produce inspired by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the hotel’s four acre walled garden (the largest hotel kitchen garden in the UK).
